Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Policy

Clients may request to cancel Click Nova Lab services by providing a minimum notice period as specified in their individual service agreement. Cancellations must be submitted in writing to contact@ClickNovaLab.shop.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds for Click Nova Lab services are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Generally, fees for work already performed or costs already incurred (such as ad spend or third-party tools) are non-refundable.

3. Deposits

Any initial deposits paid to Click Nova Lab to begin a project are typically non-refundable, as they secure resources and team time.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

In the event that Click Nova Lab is unable to deliver the agreed-upon services due to unforeseen circumstances, a partial or full refund may be issued at the discretion of Click Nova Lab management.

5. Process for Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days using the original payment method.
